💳 Billing and subscription

Plans, add-ons, invoices, failed payments and cancellation. Everything below is managed by owners and admins from Workspace → Billing. For plan prices and limits, see the pricing page.

Starting on Free

Every new store opens on the Free plan, with no credit card and no trial period: it includes 3 AI generations offered once (they do not come back each month), then AI credit packs. When you choose a paid plan, your store switches to it as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.

Plans and billing cycles

Subscriptions are billed in EUR via Stripe, monthly (prices excl. VAT), without commitment or with a 6, 12 or 24-month commitment at −15 / −25 / −35 %. You can move up a plan at any time (prorated); moving down or cancelling waits for the end of the commitment, and a commitment stops at its end (no automatic renewal, the store returns to Free) (exact prices and per-plan limits on the pricing page). Plans: Free, Essentiel (€59), Pro (€129), Business (€249) per month excl. VAT. API and webhook access is a plan feature included from the Pro plan up (see API and Webhooks).

Your first paid subscription goes through Stripe Checkout; card details are stored by Stripe only.

Add-ons

Two add-ons can be enabled on any plan, from the Add-ons panel in Billing. They are billed as separate line items on your Stripe subscription, with automatic proration on the next invoice:

If you have no active Stripe subscription yet (e.g. still on Free), the add-on is recorded and billed at your next Checkout. If your subscription is cancelled, add-ons are automatically disabled at the end of the period. Pro and Business already include white-label and custom domain (never billed twice) — check the pricing page.

You can also buy one-off AI credit packs from Billing (+ AI credits); packs of 10 / 50 / 200 designs = €39 / €149 / €499 excl. VAT; purchased credits never expire. See AI credits.

Invoices

The Billing page lists your latest invoices with issue date, total amount, and status (paid / overdue / pending). Each invoice has a sequential, gap-free number (format PWA-YYYY-NNNNNN, EU compliance) and can be opened in the browser or downloaded as PDF. Use Manage my card / invoices to open the Stripe Customer Portal and update your payment method.

EU VAT: enter your intra-community VAT number in Billing. It is validated against VIES (European Commission); once valid, B2B reverse charge (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC) applies to your next invoice.

Failed payments (dunning)

When a subscription payment fails:

Cancelling your subscription

Cancellation is done from Billing (Cancel) in three steps: pick a reason, review what you lose, then confirm by typing your brand slug exactly. Then:
