👥 Group orders (split payment per player)

Sell a full team kit without collecting money yourself: create a campaign, share one link, and each player pays their own share. When the campaign closes, all paid jerseys are consolidated into a single production order.

How it works

  1. Create a campaign

Tenant workspace → Group orders → New campaign. Pick a product, set the price per player, and optionally a goal (minimum number of paid jerseys) and a deadline.

  2. Share the link

You get a public link https://…/g/{token}. Send it to the team (WhatsApp, email, club page). No account needed for players.

  3. Each player joins and pays

On the link, the player enters their name, number and size, previews the marking (color + font style) live on the jersey, and pays their share by card (Stripe, on your connected account — the platform never holds your money).

  4. Close → one production order

When you close the campaign (or when the deadline hits with the goal reached), all paid lines are consolidated into one order — one line per player with name/number/size — and sent to production like any other order.

Goal (min. count)Target number of paid jerseys. Shown as a progress bar; used by the automatic deadline handling.
DeadlineAfter this date, players can no longer join. Drives auto-close and auto-reminders.
One participation per emailPrevents accidental double payment: an email that already joined (pending or paid) is rejected. A cancelled participation may re-join.
Automatic remindersUnpaid players with an email are automatically reminded when the deadline is less than 72 h away (at most once per 24 h — in practice ≈ D-3 and D-1).

Managing a running campaign

What happens at the deadline

⚠️ Refunds are real money movements. Cancelling a campaign triggers a Stripe refund for every paid player. A line that cannot be refunded automatically (e.g. missing payment reference) stays marked as paid and is reported to you for manual handling — nothing is ever silently marked refunded.

💡 Playbook for clubs: set a goal equal to your production minimum (MOQ), a deadline 2–3 weeks out, and enable both checkboxes. Share the link once — the system chases the payments for you.
